Guanidine Hair Relaxer Cream is a substance that smooths and relaxes hair, offering an alternative to other actives like Sodium, Lithium, and Ammonium Thioglycolate. Developed by Salon Line, all Guanidine-based products contain formulas enriched with substances that protect and treat hair during chemical procedures, including Coconut Oil, Hazelnut Oil, Argan Oil, Vitamins A, D and E, and Lanolin, among other nutrients. This product can be used for both absolute smoothing and volume reduction, also known as curls loosening. It is ideal for thick or resistant hair.
How to Use:
Before starting the process, spread the Keratin Hair Food Salon Line on the forehead, ears, and scalp, especially on the hair separation lines, to avoid contact with the skin. Wear gloves throughout the product application process and do not skip any steps. Do a wick test first to ensure the hair can receive and check the application time. Do not use Anti-dandruff Shampoo for at least 3 days before.
Step 1: Starting Application
A. Divide hair into four parts with non-metallic fasteners.
B. Apply the product in thin strands from the root to the middle of the hair, avoiding touching the scalp. Keep a distance of 0.5 cm from the root.
C. Apply the product on all locks of the first quadrant, then move on to the next quadrants repeating the same application process.
D. Apply the product from the length to the ends with a medium toothed comb.
E. Continue the procedure in all quadrants until all hair has received the product. Leave the product according to the time indicated in your wick test.
Step 2: Rinse Neutralization
A. Rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water or at room temperature. Rinse three times lasting three to four minutes per part.
B. Use the Neutralizing Shampoo Salon Line with color indicator to remove all residues. Wash hair until the foam is completely white. Rinse well and proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Conditioning and Finishing
After relaxation, neutralization, and rinsing are complete, apply a Salon Line Conditioner of your choice. Let it act for five minutes, then rinse well with warm water, dry with a towel, and finish as desired.
Touch-up:
